![]() Hollow Fiber Nanofiltration Membrane Hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane is a microporous filter membrane with uniform pore size, with a rated pore size of 0.001~0.005μm. It is a functional semipermeable membrane that allows solvent molecules, low-molecular-weight solutes and low-valence ions to permeate. As a distinctive and promising separation membrane, it is named for its nanometer-scale interception range. It retains organic substances with molecular weight of 150 to 500, and achieves salt rejection rate between 2% and 98%. Its desalination performance for monovalent anion salt solutions is inferior to that for polyvalent anion salt solutions. It is applicable to removing organic matter and chroma from surface water, reducing groundwater hardness, partial dissolved salt removal, fruit juice concentration and effective ingredient separation in pharmaceuticals. Application Fields Groundwater hardness removal, organic matter and chroma removal from surface water, oil-water separation, ethylene glycol recovery, copper sulfate recovery, separation and concentration of organic and inorganic liquids, dye purification, concentration and desalination, separation and concentration of natural medicines, fermentation broth concentration. Hollow Fiber Reverse Osmosis Membrane Hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane is a hollow fibrous self-supporting separation material with reverse osmosis performance. It only allows water molecules to pass through, and intercepts dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms and organic compounds. Compared with other structural membranes, it boasts larger fluid contact area under the same working conditions, compact equipment structure, easy installation and simple operation with low energy consumption, and is available for operation at normal temperature. Its ultra-fine pores can block even the tiniest bacteria and viruses, ensuring thorough water purification, which makes it an optimal reverse osmosis membrane. It is widely used in drinking water purification, organic chemical industry, brewing industry, three wastes treatment and other sectors. |
