BFNF Nanofiltration Membrane Customizable pore size: 0.5-3 nm, molecular weight cut-off (MWCO): 300-5000 Da. The BFNF nanofiltration membrane is fabricated by compositing an ultrathin separating layer with nano-scale pores onto the ultrafiltration substrate via interfacial polycondensation and condensation polymerization. The membrane can retain nano-scale substances and is applied to the extraction and concentration of valuable components in food and pharmaceutical production. Its typical operating pressure ranges from 3.5 to 10 bar. Performance Characteristics BFNF nanofiltration membrane features excellent film-forming property, thermal stability and chemical stability. It boasts high mechanical strength, resistance to acid, alkali, microbial erosion, chlorine and other oxidants, as well as high flux and high rejection selectivity. The membrane element adopts an open-type hollow fiber external pressure structure. It has high fiber packing density, favorable hydrodynamic conditions inside the element and strong antifouling performance. As a charged nanofiltration membrane, its filtration performance is correlated with surface charge properties. Different nanofiltration membranes present distinct permselectivity to solutes. Generally, it achieves higher rejection rates for multivalent ions than monovalent ions. Beyond salt separation from water, Bifei BFNF charged nanofiltration membrane is widely applicable in multiple fields: Biomedical industry: Separation and concentration of specific proteins for biological preparations; separation, concentration and purification of active ingredients in fermentation, enzyme preparation and pharmaceutical industries. Food industry: Separation, concentration and clarification of fruit juice, soybean products, dairy products, sugar liquor, Chinese liquor, tea liquor, vinegar and other products. General industries: Filtration processes for chemical recovery, textile, pulp & paper, automobile and other sectors.
